The following Terms and Conditions are intended to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay and apply to all bookings of our holiday apartments:

1. Scope: These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and stays in the offered holiday apartments. By making a booking, the guest agrees to these Terms and Conditions as binding.

2. Booking and Contract Formation: Bookings are made via the website or connected booking platforms. The accommodation contract is concluded once the booking has been confirmed.

3. Payment Terms: The total price is payable in accordance with the payment conditions stated at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, no security deposit is required.

4. Arrival and Departure / Self Check-in: Check-in is contactless via a key box. The relevant information will be provided to the guest in good time prior to arrival. Unless otherwise agreed: Check-in: from the specified time Check-out: by the specified time on the day of departure

5. Use of the Holiday Apartment: The holiday apartment may only be used by the number of guests stated in the booking. Parties, events and larger gatherings are not permitted. In the event of a violation, the host reserves the right to terminate the stay with immediate effect. Guests are obliged to treat the apartment, its furnishings and any communal areas with care.

6. Garage / Parking Space: Where available, the duplex garage may be used subject to availability. Use is at the guest’s own risk. The host accepts no liability for damage to or theft of vehicles or personal belongings.

7. Liability: The host accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to items brought by the guest. The guest is liable for any damage to the holiday apartment or its furnishings caused by the guest or accompanying persons.

8. Cancellation: The cancellation conditions applicable at the time of booking shall apply. The conditions stated during the booking process or on the respective booking platform are decisive.

9. Pets: Pets are only permitted with prior explicit agreement.

10. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartments.

11. Data Protection: Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.

12. Final Provisions: Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
